After an award-winning career as an advertising copywriter and D&AD Copy Judge, Mike was an early adopter and advocate of social media (he was the 11,700th person to sign up for Twitter in 2006).
In 2017, his work on the influential “Side Projects Report” for The DO Lectures became the catalyst and inspiration for him to train and qualify as an enthusiastic ambassador and coach for BJ Fogg’s groundbreaking Tiny Habits® method of behaviour change. He now specialises in Tiny Habits for Creatives.
Not one to let the grass grow under his feet, Mike upgraded his skillset even more by attending and graduating from BJ Fogg’s legendary Behaviour Design bootcamp in California where innovators from around the world come to learn how human behaviour really works.
Away from the desk, Mike is an Ironman Triathlon Finisher (just). He knows first-hand how to change behaviour–believing that simplicity, clarity and the power of baby steps can take you a long, long way.
